I offer email exchanges as a service.

The basics are straightforward.

  1. Email me asking for an email exchange. Provide no more than two questions and 1 paragraph of context for each question.
  2. I’ll review. If I have something to share, I’ll confirm we’ll move forward in an email reply and ask you to donate 25 USD as the suggested donation via PayPal.
  3. After receiving the donation, I’ll respond within 7 business days.
  4. If you want to do a follow-up email, you can reply with no more than 2 follow-up questions. We’ll repeat the process as long as I feel I have something to share and you have questions.

Connecting Through Writing

I understand that some people prefer to write and be responded to in writing. I also understand that connecting with me can be a little intimidating at first. Hopefully, this can be a useful way for you to understand the work and gradually step into deeper connection.

In a way, this can be like journaling only you can get feedback for it. The written format also allows for the individual to take time digesting what I share.

Do you work with everyone?

Much like my other work, I only work with people with whom I feel like I have something to offer.

How many email exchanges can I do?

So long as it feels true to us, we can do as many email exchanges as we’d like to do.

How long are your responses?

My responses are as long as I feel that I have something useful write. Sometimes they are short, and sometimes they are long. I am always tuned in to what feels most appropriate to share and how best to teach you. Sometimes, you don’t need a lot of words from me; you just need to trust yourself and to write out what you feel to someone who can receive in a non-judgmental way. Sometimes, you need a lot more words of encouragement. There is no way that I can generalize.

How much does this cost?

I really encourage you to let go of the idea of cost and to think more in the terms of reciprocity. The suggested donation for 1 email exchange is $25 USD. As always, that is a suggestion. Please donate in a way that shows you are committed to this work.

This is meant to be a flexible tool, not a way to get cheap advice.

Shouldn’t Spirituality Services Be Free?

As I mentioned in my FAQ about sessions, life is built on reciprocity. Money is just one form. Tithing and donations have long been a custom to support spiritual teachers. The reason I do a “suggested donation” is to create flexibility for you instead of the rigid way that Western Society values and judges everything.

How Do I Donate to You?

You can donate to me via PayPal.

What Kinds of Questions Can I Ask?

You can ask anything that you like. No topic is off-limits, but that doesn’t mean I’ll reply to everything.

As I’ve said before, I am always tuned in to share what feels right to share. In general, you should always feel free to ask questions about anything I say that doesn’t make sense, and it is really important for you to be as open and honest as possible. This is part of the process of letting go of our defenses to be fully ourselves. We can’t hold anything back.

How Can I Get the Most Out of this Service?

Be honest. Be vulnerable. If you hold back, I’ll sense it, but there is less space for a genuine and deep exchange whenever you don’t say what you are really feeling.

What If I’m Already a Student?

If you are in a community of mine, you are welcome to a free email exchange once a month.

If you are a regular one-on-one student, you are welcome to a free email exchange every other week.

Everyone else will need to follow this process.
