I write so many blog posts each year. Some are hits and some aren’t. These 3, however, got a whole lot of love, and so I’m re-sharing them to get them even more love. If you haven’t read them, enjoy! If you have read them, then please share this link with others to help them on their spiritual paths.

Without further ado, here are the 3 most popular spiritual awakening blog posts that I wrote in 2017.

#1 Awakened and Overcome by Crazy Feelings

A spiritual awakening can unlock all kinds of inner spaces, and that can lead to a lot of feelings. People can feel good and bad at the same time, joyful and scared, blissful and depressed. It’s a lot to take in.

That’s probably one reason that the following blog post was the most popular new post of 2017. There’s a lot of shifts people have to acclimate to, so hopefully, this post can continue to help people calm down and not see awakening as crazy, but as a process of going sane.

#2 Jerks, Tremors, and Other Strange Body Experiences

As many people journey on the spiritual path, their energy opens. But it rarely opens all at once, nor does it flow unimpeded. When energy runs into a blockage, it can cause a jerk or tremor or other involuntary muscle reaction.

To be sure, there are legitimate muscular, neurological, and physiological ailments that people have that have nothing to do with spirituality or energy flow. As such, I strongly recommend anyone who has such physical experiences to seek medical attention. If you get a clean bill of health, then the following blog post may be just what you need.

#3 Feeling All Alone on the Spiritual Path

The third most popular new post that I wrote in 2017 is about loneliness. People really, really, really don’t like loneliness, and on the spiritual path, it’s common for many people to step outside their social circles as they explore new parts of themselves. That is one of many ways that loneliness can be triggered.

This post is aimed at helping people understand loneliness and to get to the central issues at work. The more you free yourself from core issues, the more you can realize spiritual freedom. The more free you are, the more you are at one with the whole world. In that space, you are never alone–you are all one.
