Awakening Energy and Not Being Ready for It

There are a lot of spiritual tools now available that are very powerful, and there are plenty of spiritual practitioners encouraging the use of them. That has changed the game, so to speak. Instead of having spiritual tools aimed at awakening energy within small groups of very knowledgeable people, they are widely accessible through things like the Internet. Additionally, some of the spiritual practitioners using these tools and teaching them barely know what they’re doing to ignite the process and often are even more clueless when the energy really gets moving.

This means that some of people have had their energy inappropriately awakened and are totally unprepared for successfully and sanely moving through spiritual transformation.

On that topic, I’ve created today’s video. It’s encouragement to build a serious practice and do inner work first before trying to awaken one’s energy.
