Giving and receiving. All of life is constantly in a state of exchange.
How much do we appreciate this ongoing exchange?
How do we consciously embrace it?
Initially in life, we give and receive for ourselves.
Lots of people like getting things, experiences, compliments, kisses, pies, pay raises, sex, etc.
Others love giving because of how it validates them as good people. When people are unconscious (ignorant and unaware of reality), people often give things that are unwanted, unnecessary, or unhelpful, and they want to receive things that often don’t serve them, are wasteful, or are even harmful.
All the many attachments and beliefs people have make giving and receiving a very confusing thing. Particularly during the holiday season, the whole process of giving and receiving takes on a new level of obligation, frustration, and overall disappointment.
On this path, we learn to give and receive in very different and new ways. What are some of those ways? Well, we’ll talk about them in this class.
If you aren’t on my newsletter, you can sign up to apply to join the class when I announce it through my newsletter.
Every day the sun rises and gives endlessly. It never receives. So effectively, our sun is dying.
Without receiving, systems fall apart. So the continued existence of a person, star, animal, or just about anything requires continued input and/or repair and rejuvenation.
Conversely, things that receive without giving tend to create imbalances in the systems around them. Imagine if your heart decided it wouldn’t send all the blood sent to it to the rest of the body. Parts of the body would starve for blood, sicken, and eventually die.
In the metaphor of the heart, we see the value of receiving fully and giving fully. So often people get stuck in scarcity fears that lead them to give too little and hoard. Others get lost in self-worth issues, and they give too much of themselves, often leading to all kinds of problems.
But there is a balance in giving and receiving, and it is a process that is totally understandable and achievable for anyone reading this post.
Since money tends to be a part of giving and receiving, I’ll discuss some things around consciously giving/receiving/using money.

Why You Want to Come
As always, you want to come to realize spiritual freedom. For those who want to be considered for one-on-one work or a dedicated group, you also need to come to my classes to be considered for those offerings.
You also want to come to:

- More fully understand the many possibilities in how you can give and receive, and more.
As usual, I am happy to answer your questions on the topic as well.
