Firstly, I have no idea what living your best life means, but it’s a popular phrase. So I’m using it to get your attention.
Let’s shorten the sentence and make things easier on you.
Free to Truly Live
Phew. Isn’t that a load off your shoulders?
You don’t have to figure out what “best” is. Best is an ego judgment. And if you aren’t up to these ego standards, then…
Here comes the judgment train plowing through your fields of serenity!
Seeking Exceptionalism and Extremes
There’s a lot of suffering going on.
People are suffering mentally.
They are suffering emotionally.
They are suffering physically.
With diseases caused by lifestyle like heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and more, Westerners are in bad shape. That has led people to look for more and more extreme solutions.
That’s what I hear when I hear a highly judgmental term like “best life.” We need it to be the best because we feel so bad.
It’s not a moderately happy life.
It’s not a content life.
It’s the best one.
Well, as you wake up from the bad dream of the ego, you address a lot of these health, heart, and mind issues, and guess what?
Your well-supported heart, body, and mind feel fantastic!
They don’t care about “best.” They are being fed healthy relationships, 8 to 9 hours of sleep, vegetables, lots of movement, and the other things that really matter.
So what do you when you are doing that already?
Go out and live!
