A lot of people have significant spiritual shifts, and then they find themselves in all kinds of pain. They wonder:

What happened?

Is awakening tormenting them?

Is transformation inherently painful?

Did they do something wrong?

People have all kinds of questions about many types of painful experiences after a spiritual awakening. This class is meant to help you with any confusion that you may have. I intend to help you learn how to unwind the different experiences that may be happening all at once.

The spiritual transformation ignited by an awakening can be intense, but it shouldn’t be painful. If you’re interested in this class, please sign up for my newsletter below if you are not already on it. That’s where I announce upcoming classes.

Spiritual Awakening and Pain Class Description

To discover lots of pain after a spiritual awakening is a rude awakening to say the least. To discover that some or perhaps all of it was already there is even more unsettling. But this is what a lot of people discover. The light goes on in the room, and now the mess in the room can be seen.

This leads to a time of intense inner clean up for a lot of people. This clean-up happens at the level of the mind, the heart, and the body. It can be a lot of work for people particularly for those who had no interest in waking up or that a massive clean-up would be required!

This path is additionally frustrating for those who thought they were fine and were having a good life. People in this situation tend to create more pain for themselves through resistance and denial of what they discover. Now there is unresolved pain and intentional pain–the intentional resisting of the reality that a person sees.

Ultimately, this path is about nothing more than seeing reality. That’s it. So, I’ll be talking in this class to help you further accept the reality you are in and take the appropriate steps for yourself to move through it.

Why You Want to Come

As always, you want to come to my classes because you’re on the path to realizing spiritual freedom.

How to Find Spiritual Freedom

You are also ready and willing to take the next steps to apply what you learn. Intellectual information by itself is next to useless without action.

In addition, you want to come to:

  • Understand a spiritual awakening,
  • Learn how to investigate pain properly,
  • Understand the relationship of awakening and pain,
  • Prepare to do some serious inner work, and understand what spiritual inner work is.

The spiritual transformation that is possible after a spiritual awakening is an extraordinary opportunity. It is not one that many people seem to get much less properly embrace.
